3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by PixelFlexHato.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
